Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RoleSignal, a recruiter intelligence tool operated by Interfaces Digitais ("RoleSignal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using RoleSignal, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RoleSignal lets you submit a job description and a candidate resume so that AI agents can analyze the fit between them and surface gaps and talking points. RoleSignal is a decision-support tool: its output is generated by large language models and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any analysis before relying on it for hiring decisions.

AI-generated output (scores, gap analysis, and interview questions) is decision support only, always intended to be reviewed by a human recruiter. RoleSignal does not make, and must not be used to make, automated hiring or rejection decisions.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not use RoleSignal to make automated hiring or rejection decisions without human review.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any job description or resume text you submit. You grant RoleSignal a limited license to process that content solely to provide the analysis you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

RoleSignal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleSignal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.

7. Termination

You may stop using RoleSignal and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RoleSignal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
